According to different reports; Afghanistan has one of the highest rate of addicted and disability rate in the World and still is severely on prevalent. Disabled and addicted People are the country’s most vulnerable citizens, among other social problems, suffer from ongoing neglect, stigmatization and discrimination. Disabled and addicted men, women and children are often excluded from humanitarian assistance specially from food distribution. They suffer from exploitation, violence, and physical abuse.
